Our Mission - A Message from Peg Moreck - Director

Dear Parents,

In December of 1976, I began to pursue a dream. My dream was to establish an independent school that would provide an excellent education for all students. I wanted a school where caring and love prevailed in teaching; a school where students, staff, and parents are treated with mutual respect; a school where students could enjoy learning and develop a positive self image. In essence, I wanted a school that was as close to ideal as possible. My "dream" school would be one where each and every student had all of the opportunities necessary to develop to his/her fullest potential.

In October of 1977, after a year of planning, Apple Tree opened. My dream became a reality! I hope that the information on this website will help you learn more about our school. I encourage you to take the time to come and see what we have to offer.
